Sinosia has a full range of precision metal forming facilities including CNC folding, bending and rolling machines. Sheet metal bending enables the manufacturing processes by which most enclosures, electrical boxes, brackets and components are formed and a range of tool options are available from Sinosia to suit almost every need.

The maximum force provided determines the maximum bend length for a combination of thickness of sheet metal, bend radius and bend angle. The force required to bend sheet metal increases with bend length, external bend angle and sheet metal thickness, and it decreases with increasing bend radius. Sinosia’s metal forming machines have varying capabilities and maximum bend lengths.
Thicker metal is generally processed with a larger bending radius, and this can be achieved by increasing the top tool radius – or V-width and this is achieved via our heavy-duty range of sheet metal machinery items.
